I think I found the one I was looking for previously in the link above. I'm just wondering if anyone knew of any other models like in the link above. It's the "ZALMAN ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller Panel".

I was thinking of using it on a Silverstone LC20 because I have 4 case fans and they make enough noise together. But, I also have the Zalman 7000 alcu making some noise as well. I'm not sure yet if I should use the Fanmate to control the CPU fan or use that Zalman ZM-MFC1.
 
Sunbeam Theta can do 8 channels, but it's a card, not a bay device. Also if several of your fans are the same model and you can run them at the same speed, you can double up your fans on one channel so as not to have to buy such an expensive unit since many 4-channel models are less than $20. and even less than $15....

I have the ZALMAN ZM-MFC1. As zepper suggests I have fans doubled up on one channel. i use the fixed voltage switches for lights but they can be used for fans as well. nice unit but expensive.
