Multiple Domains - Dumb Question

I regularly go between 2 different domains and a third workgroup with my laptop. I also alternate between my wireless card and a wired connection. I would like Windows (XP Pro) to appear unaffected (ie. keep the same user profile) for all 3 network conditions. What is the cheapest way to accomplish this without having to change the network settings every time I switch networks and then rebooting? Is there a program I can install that will allow me to select which network I want to load when Windows starts up? Thanks.
