Multiple desktops on XP

I installed a program on my desktop on XP. Now, not only me, but all the other users on the PC see the opening screen of this app every time they log on. Also puts the icon on the taskbar for all users. Can't you customize each desktop?

Usually programs will show up under everyones profile. Especially if you mean in the sys tray. If you are running the Home version of XP, I believe you can go to start, run and type "msconfig". From here you can do a selective startup and keep that program from loading when you start windows.
