multiple ATX boards on one PS

I say a link in the past on how to run multiple motherboards off of one PS, I am setting up a crack rack and this would save me a couple dollars. Does anyone remember where this link?

It may save a little bit of power, but that would be because a fully loaded power supply is more efficient than a half loaded one, not because two motherboards draw less power than one would.
