Hey guys I was looking to get a printer for the first time in about 5 years, my last one was a lexmark multi func inkjet but because I rarely used it the ink was always dried up are there any good multi func laser printers out there that don't cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks

Arm and leg prices vary from region to region. How much are they where you are?

I'd recommend this guy if a laser black and white will do. If you want color laser, you're talking about a considerable amount more money PLUS the toner cartridges ain't cheap.

Well I will be using it just to print word docs and stuff of that nature, and being that I'm a complete noob to laser printers how long does the "ink" last and does it dry up ?

A toner cartridge should last you a loooong time (an $80 cartidge for that multi-function printer will give you about 5,000 pages), and you shouldn't have any issues with it drying up. For $339, I think it is a great deal.
