Will AMD implement in its dual core roadmap similar to what Intel did in Presler and in next gen dual core processors?

What do you mean exactly?
AMD are probably happy with their current offerings and will release their multicore chips when they see a demand for them, which will likely be some time in the next 2 years.
I doubt AMD would consider altering their roadmap to mirror Intel's, if that's what you were talking about.
