Multi-boot os flash drive

Is it possible to set up a flash drive to boot to a menu and then choose to install windows 8.1, windows 7 and office ?
 
I've experimented with MagicISO but it didn't work right and I've messed with others like SARDU (careful with that installer, loaded with spyware BTW). I have yet to find a reliable method..

I have installed SARDU on two computers and never ran into spyware problems. I don't know why people have this issue.

Hopefully they have recently taken it out recently, but when I messed with it about 4-5 months ago, it unloaded Sweetpacks which downloaded other nice goodies...
 
I just uninstalled SARDU and reinstalled and the only thing I notice is the 4 or so extra programs that you can install or not upon installation. Of course I opt out of them all.
