Hey,

don't you love it when you find out one more keyboard shortcut that allows you to keep your hands on the keyboard instead of mousing every three seconds for stuff there are kb shortcuts for...only you didn't know it? :D

yeah, well, I like 'em...and I thot I'd share a few. :D

in MSWerd check this out:

ctrl+scroll wheel up zooms in and down zooms out
(select text) ctrl+[ decreases the size of the font ctrl+] increases the size
double clicking anywhere on the M$Werd doc will put the cursor there, even if you're not "entered" all the way down there yet...just found this one and it prompted me to post it. :D

I THINK holding down ctrl and hitting enter on the shortcut for M$ programs starts them in safe mode (it does for publisher anyway)

you guys got any interesting ones? Please share!

nice.

little googlin' turn up this. Found out:

I have always wanted to know how to do this:

Jump quickly between documents. If you work with a lot of open, overlapping documents, here's a quick way to cycle between them: Press [Ctrl][F6] to jump from one to the next; [Ctrl][Shift][F6] will jump you backward.

FINALLY! :D

[Ctrl][Backspace] another good one...usin' control w/ ALL The directional navigations is helpful and speedy.

oh, and check this out!

CTRL+F puts you into the select font box
CTRL+P puts you into the select font size box! THAT is gonna save me some serious time! (like a nanosecond) :D

another helpful one:

Remove All Formatting in Two Easy Steps
From Patti Jo Calabrese, Buffalo, New York

Here's a great way to remove all of the formatting from a Word document or just a selected portion of the document:

1. Select the whole document by pressing CTRL+A or just select the portion of the document you wish to change.
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+N.

THAT is gonna fix some serious problems w/ my docs :D
