What a tool...I don't really like the gay lifestyle and I would hate if my children were gay. However, they are still people and should be respected. If someone (non black) bashes blacks by yelling "f*ck the awesome people" everyone turns against him, yet is accepted by society to ridicule gays.
There is a huge difference between "getting behind the gay movement" and tell some one you hope they die because they engage in an act that you may find morally questionable that hurt NO ONE.
I am by no means "behind the gay movement" I do not believe that you should be protected are given special treatment because you choose to engage in an act. But I do think that Savege crassed a line here as he has many times. Savage is to political talk what Rome is to sports talk. He tries to get a reaction. Unfortunatly he uses hate as his motivator.
as for Hendrie. He can be enjoyable if done in small doses. He is kinda funny and you need to remember with HENDRIE it's a joke.

He apologized for offending anyone. He claims that he has spent most of his professional life trying to help sick people, including aids patients, with his herbal remedies and whatnot. He does have a Ph D in some kind of medicinal science.
I'm really ambivalent towards him. He says a lot that I agree with but he is also a massive egoist. He has a little man complex and from what I have read his father was unloving and abusive. I think he has suffered from it.

Phil Hendrie? Does he count as political talk radio? I always considered him to be the equivalent of the World News Weekly for radio. He should really hire some people to do the fake voices, the different characters he voices all sound the same.

I've read the entire thread and yet to see an intelligent comment. I will make a disclaimer that I have no idea who Savage is and never heard his show, that's not what I am talking about. What saddens me is that people are eally quick to get down and resort to cheap insults, it goes for both sides here. How does that support your point?

on his radio show those comments would be routine. on tv, its not as acceptable.
