It makes no difference to these people what Bush states. They do not want to listen to what he states and are looking for publicity.
They are being polar. "Their way or it is the wrong way."
Had Bush talked to them, they would have just repeated the same line as before and attempted to spin his words for publicity.
They do not have any constructive solutions, just destructive complaints.
w/ respect to the protest; they knew the rules; they were probably instructed what to do in advance on what actions to impliment; the police instructed them that they were breaking the law prior to the arrests;
They were probably hoping for a violent confrontation and are pissed that it did not happen.
