fukk that, my house is 4 years old, the subdivision is atleast 7 years old...
googlemap has a photo of my car on the driveway, msn virtual earth doesnt even have my Street on the road map

WTC is still standing too... They could at leave have made sure it wasn't more than a few years old...

Maybe you'll be able to zoom in on Jesus' crucifiction once they do the Middle-East 😛

Leave it to Microsoft to copy anything a competitor does, and fudge it good...

Umm...ever heard of terraserver.microsoft.com? Hello and welcome to 1998? (just a guess on the year, but it's been around forever)

Considering Google has no hi-res images that are even in my area, I'll take this! Old B&W pics > no images.

Wow, I just noticed that the NYC photos are from 1994. My building is not even there, not that I could tell from the grainy, low-res, B&W image 😛

Searching the Los Angeles area (my place of birth) I note that the Satellite photos are OLD. More than 15 years old.

However, MS at least has semi-hi res pics of Springfield, IL. Google has none.

They also put street names on their sat. images. I don't think Google does that.

EDIT- LOL! Looks like Google respoded by added a "Hybrid" feature 🙂

Google Earth already did this. I liked the feature, but Google Earth's server speeds were horribly slow. I'm glad Google Maps added the feature.
