I will not go into details.. But a VERY EASY exploit was released today that hackers can gain administrative access to your computer via MSN Messenger.

Until this is patched, I would be hesitant to talk to anyone you don't know fairly well.

No.. I don't think so.. They had a hardware failure yesterday (they said at least)

i thought it was in one of the new 10 security updates that I installed yesterday...I don't really care since I don't use MSN though

If MSN is on. Can you be compromised?

I'm asking because my wife's PC always loads MSN even though I keep disabling it. She doesn't use it though. It just runs in the background.
