MSN Messenger whiteboard, remote assistance

Hi;
Wondering why the whiteboard doesnt work.
Remote assistance only with certain people, mostly people on dial-ups.

I heard lots of things:
UPnP, NAT, Ports.... etc.

Im on a Netgear Router (no firewall) with a static IP I enabled UPnP, in the router settings but still doenst work.

Help?

Since it works with dial-up kidz, my guess is you are trying to connect from behind a router to someone who is also behind a router.
