Huh? That's nothing, that's just a Tpro skin... watercolour or xp.. something like that. If you're referring to the skin it's nothing new.. otherwise I don't see anything different.
I used to use Tpro, but because 6.0 came out.. I'm using that more until Tpro comes with support for 6.0.

What the hell are you talking about? I removed the lame AIM icon, I got rid of the send button, I eliminated all the extra crap on the buddy list. Just for reference, here is the window before, and here is the window after.

Dont get used to any extra perks with MSN, they put them on for free and then start charging for it after 6 month - a year, remember free phone calls through messenger a few years back, now they charge for it!

MSN 6 does indeed rock. Combine it with the MSN Plus! add-on and it can't be beat!

ICQ was my favourite when I liked to cause havoc, chat rubbish and have one time chats with strangers. :Q Hehehe! I'm exaggerating there. :p

However, ICQ isn't on my system (new system) anymore for years now. Then I used AIM Express, since you didn't need to install AIM in your system, just for someone as a compromise. However, not anymore. I don't think I'll be persuaded by MSN. MSN related things all seem like trash. Besides, MSN amenities get so popular that they lose meaning, in my view.

Go to tools, click create emoticons. It has to be 20x20 (it does resize but it looks weird if you resize). Its friggan sweet!! The best part is the person you chat with dont need to have the same emoticons for them to see it. :)

MSN Messenger and Netmeeting both seem kind of slow for video conferencing. I found Eyeball Chat a few days ago, and it seems to work faster. Does anyone know if this is the fastest thing available for 1 on 1 video + audio over the web?

Is there something else out there like Netmeeting that doesn't use a central server at all? I'm just looking for the fastest possible videoconferencing program available.

People have been saying this since 1990. Try something more original next time, like "[product name] sucks major ass"

Microsoft doesn't charge a dime. In fact, they paid for your free long distance calls via Messenger with an international company known as Net2Phone during those early days...and Net2Phone (among multiple other VOIP phone providers) are the people who charge you money. As far as I know, Microsoft doesn't make a dime off your long distance today. They simply decided not to give you that particular free lunch anymore...

Most H.323 programs want you to use a server to connect so that you can pay them money. Also, be sure you have properly set your connection speed with NetMeeting (Tools-Options->General->Bandwidth Setting), as well as adusting the speed/quality (Tools->Options->Video)
Ah, this is an MSN 6.0 beta feature
And judging from this reply, I assume you believe that when Gold RTWs on the 17th, they're gonna suddenly and inexplicitly rip out this feature?
