I thought MSN discontinued their dial-up service years ago Zorro 😕
 
if she/he is using windows xp its already on the computer. Just load up msn explorer and itll auto dial and download the newest software.
 
than all you need to do is download msn explorer: http://explorer.msn.com/install.htm

Itll ask if you already have an internet connection (lan) and if you dont you can dial in to there service. Welll thats how i do it when my cable internet goes out for a few hours.

Btw, for some reason we still have an active msn dialup account with @msn.com email address so it works for me.
