I just updated to latest bios it completed 100 but then it restarted 2 times . Then finally restarted 3rd time and no display and led debug is stuck on cpu . Anything would you suggest before RMA?

sounds like a corrupt BIOS. Does it have BIOS flashback? Dual BIOS?

yes i will go to service centre but is 80 kms away i do not know why they put bios update on site that ruines the whole system and many more people reported this
One reason I never update (unless board has dual bios) to new/beta bios. Best to wait a while and see if it's stable.
now i have no option left . how can they post the update on site when it does not work?
They usually put a disclaimer up saying if you're not experiencing problems they don't recommend you update. But they can always post updates and just like microsoft or anyone else they can still cause problems for some people.
They might withdraw that bios if you and lots of others are having problems.
