Time to contact them. I got two MSI $10 rebates for motherboards, mailed both off 6/11 and got them about 9 weeks later, a few days apart.

Speaking of rebates, I think I need to contact Zotac... been since 5/2 on a $15 mobo rebate...

Zotac ONLY pays if you contact them. In 5 rebates, I had to call/email 5 times! F them!

This is a very good deal esp if you sell Mafia for ~20 bucks. ~$140 for a high end GTX465. I don't care at all about power consumption but the heat worries me... must hold off a little longer...

You mean the cheapest GTX 460 1 Gb model. The cheapest GTX 460 768MB model is $158 after shipping and rebate.

The GTX 465 does seem to edge the GTX 460 768MB model in performance, at a cost of much greater power consumption and heat. AT Bench comparison.

Screw it I was waiting on an asus gtx460 OC card, but this deal is pretty amazing. I already own Mafia II so I can just turn around and sell that, plus with the 10% off and $60 MIR the price is ridiculously low. This cooler will allow this card to overclock like a champ. Push comes to shove, when the gtx475 comes out I'll save the money from selling the Mafia II key, sell this card for $115, and when I get my mail in rebate use that to buy the gtx475. Having $200 already in hand (after selling the gtx465) means a gtx475 will only cost me $75 out of pocket to upgrade.

6month!? if they haven't sent anything to you yet, it's a good bet they are NOT going to. You can call them but it doesn't look good. if nothing works send a letter to their local AG to complaint. It worked for me when another company refused my rebate. I just hope you kept copies of docs.

If you mean to a GTX 470, no, only the Golden Edition can do that. The standard one (this one) only has eight memory chips so no go. A good deal none the less.
