MSI RS480M2-IL or MSI K8N NEO4-F?

I have all of my other components picked out. Having trouble deciding between the MSI RS480M2-IL and the MSI K8N NEO4-F. Stability is a big concern. I don't want a buggy board since this is my first build. Which is the more stable board? I don't really see myself overclocking. The RS480M2-IL has integrated graphics, but I'd probably bump up the graphics card to at least the 6600 range eventually. I guess the ATI chipset scares me a little becasue this is really the only available 939 board that has it. If there is anything else I should consider, please let me know thanks.

I like the ATI, I have been using their 320M IGP chipset in my notebook for 2 1/2yrs no problems. The point being that they aren't as new at the chipset game as most think ;) Besides, I see most are very happy with the RS480 and Monarch has it for $89 shipped.

Thanks. I'm going to pull the trigger on one of Monarch combos today. Just deciding which one.

ive used both. if you aren't overclocking get the ati board. its much quieter with passive cooling vs the 7000rpm nf4 chipset fan on the neo4-f.

trust me.

I have a MSI RS480M2-IL board I bought back in mid-February. It's rock solid as far as stability, it benchmarks very, very well, it's loaded with features, the IGP is the best IGP I've ever seen, and it's very cool and quiet.

I'm so happy with my purchase that I can't stop telling folks my opinion of the RS480M2-IL whenever I see the question asked. Get this board! If you don't overclock and you aren't salivating over SLI, there is nothing about this board to dislike.

My MSI board with 3000+ and 2GB Ram (2x1GB PC3200) is rock solid. Used the onboard graphics for about a month and just stepped up to an x800-XL. Real cool part is that I can use the dual outputs of the x800 and the output of the board for 3-monitor support if I wanted :)

I'm not really that interested in overclocking. I believe the MSI board can overclock, and someone found a way to overclock it anyway:) Maybe MSI will release a proper BIOS to overclock it since they have some competition now.
