MSI P6N SLI-FI or P6N Platinum?

I am looking at two MSI mobo.

MSI-P6N SLI-FI (~$110) and MSI-P6N Platinum (~$145)

is it worth spending the extra 35 bucks for the platinum?

what am i losing by only getting the sli-fi version over the platinum?
