MSI P6n PostCode d0

Just started my new build. got it assembled, but it won't post. The motherboard is a MSI P6n Diamond. Have 2x2 OCZ DDR2800 and a q9300. The bios gives the postcode d0. Any ideas?

Remove mem and post. See if the error changes. Same for CPU. Try disconnecting everything, HDD, CDrom, floppy, and so on and see if it will post...
if no joy, RMA the motherboard.
