Okay first off I tried using the search function to find a similar problem to mine but it just hangs waiting for the website to respond. No luck there.

Here is my Hardware:
MSI p67a G43 (b) Bios V. 1.23.1108 ( flashed successfully via USB today)
I5 2500k Sandy 3.3 @ stock speed (no o/c attempted )
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Antec True Power Trio TP3-650 650W ATX12
SAMSUNG SpinPoint T Series HD501LJ 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 (Old I know)
NO DVD/CD (being shipped)

Basically I just installed everything today and booted to BIOS ( 1 beep ). BIOS utility shows CPU is working properly, memory registering as it should ( ran memory tester in UEFI ) and HDD recognized although cannot test the boot sector as cannot get a working command prompt.

It just bypasses the BIOS flash screen and goes directly to flashing white cursor in upper left corner.

Tried win7 repair utility using USB but would not boot up after BIOS flash screen goes away.

I was able to flash the BIOS using the USB however so I know that the USB is functioning.

Any thoughts would be appreciated and thank you in advance!!
