Basically in a nut shell my system runs great in stock mode but whenever i decide to up the fsb above 245 my system starts to act dumb. The bios will let me adjust to 245 and above and usually will load windows where i can run prime and other prorams just fine with stability. But when i restart the comp or cold boot it i get a blank black screen with the fans running and the hdd led on. The only way to get past this is to reset the cmos and either pull the fsb back to around 245 or set it high again and have to reset the cmos next time i start.

I have tried two PSUs one being the thermltake 480 and the antec 480 both with the same exact results.

Here is my system specs:
AMD 3000+ cpu
pdp tccd 3200 ram 2 x512
74 sata raptor wd drive
200gb slave ide drive
audigy sound card

I have already RMAd the baord and have the same issues with the replacement board.

Any help would be reat as i think either i have a crappy cpu or i am just doing something wrong.

Well even tho there are many related posts about this board and this similar problem no one has an answer. Some say that this baord doesnt like certain cpu steppings such as the 0451 which i have others say its a bios issue while others have found that simply making the ht to 4 solves the prob. Unforetunately after two boards and two psus i still cant overcome this problem. I am not sure why msi has not released a bios yet but i guess we will wait and see..Though any suggestions or comments are always helpful, as i am dissapointed at the first time at this whole setup of mine.
