MSI Neo4 Platinum SLI Not posting

I found myself in a situation where I cooked food and came back to my computer and it looked like it was in standby mode. I shoop the mouse and stuff but it did not come out so i reset the computer. When I restarted the computer the system would not post and the power LED on my mb was not turning on. I trouble shooted the MB and found it was defective. I replaced the MB with MSI neo4 platinum SLI and got a new RX800 Pro PCI express vid card. I also replaced the power supply with a 600w BTX Mad Dog PSU. I setup NVidia Raid 0 for my HD's and installed win xp. Couple hours later after I installed all updated drivers and was updating CS Source on steam the screen just froze. So I restarted the system and it did not post again except this time the MB has power and everything seems functioning. just no signal to monitor (no post). I don't know what the problem is but my rig setup is

AMD fx53 939
MSI Neo4 Platinum SLI
MSI ATI Radeon RX800 Pro
2 74g WD Raptor HD in Raid 0 NVidia Raid
2x1024 Corsaid XMS pc3200 ddr 400
Mad Dog 600W BTX PSU
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum

Any help would be awesome. If more information is needed or any questions I would be glad to answer them the best that I can. Thanks guys

Looking at how much you spent on quality parts everywhere else, why the Mad Dog power supply instead of something like Fortron or Enermax? Maybe try reducing the system's power load as far as possible by unplugging all unnecessary drives and fans, as a fact-finding step.

got the Mad dog psu as a quick purchase at local comp usa as a quick solution to ATX2.0 MB power adapter. pretty sure power is not a problem trouble shot everything and everything is powering up and right now just have minimal periphs connected. 600w should be enough don't you think?

Thank for the reply,
