MSI Neo4 Platinum & Dual core support (Opteron)

I have the oppertunity to purchase an MSI Neo4 Platinum (non-sli) but the question remains does this board have stable support for dual core AMD cpu's in particular the Opteron 156 which I have right here in my sweaty little hands?? If so which bios version and what are users experiences with this board and dual core cpu's??
 
Yes, it is officially supported by MSI. Now my case is little differente coz I will have the neo 4 platinium and an opteron 170, and it doesn't even appear in MSI web page.
