MSI Neo2 Posting problem

Here's what I've got:
ANTEC SONATA 380W PS
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
AMD Socket 939 Athlon 64 3500+, 90nm
Kingston 512MB DDR PC-3200 (2)
Hitachi 160GB 7200RPM
ROSEWILL ATI RADEON 9600

This is actually my second Neo2. I RMA'd the first thinking the board was bad. I have the CPU, RAM (both sticks), video, and floppy plugged into the MB. The first couple times I tried to power it on the fans would spin and shut off almost immediately. Now the fans stay on but the board will not post at all. I've tried with one stick of RAM in as well. There are no beeps or video at all to help diagnose. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Doesn't MSI use that little LED strip that fits in a PCI case slot? Just plug that in. It should have 2 USB ports on it also I think (to help you ID it).

Check the LED diagnostic LEDs and let us know which ones are lit (and color). Make sure the RAM is installed in slot 1 (closest to the processor).
