The Asus CUSL2 is a great board ,lots of good reviews, rock stable & great for overclocking, the downside it`s expensive but you are buying the famous Asus quality, the MSI MS-6337 board well I have checked their website & to be honest cannot find it listed unless it`s the new 815E board in which case it will be cheaper in price & comes with onboard sound which you may or may not like,I don`t think it`s out yet,(at least here in the UK) so you have a better change of buying the Asus board,go with Asus.

Mem,

I am quite confident that the ASUS CUSL2 is a great board.

As for the MSI board, please take a look in Toms Hardware, where they reviewed it. It is also has solid stability and superb performance.

Of course, there is no comparison between it and the ASUS board.

I have bought both ASUS and MSI boards before, and they were great.

That is why I need recommedations.

The CUSL2 received an AnandTech Editor's Choice Award - there is no better recommendation than that, in my view.

I believe that at the retail level at this time the CUSL2 is only available outside the U.S., and the MSI model is not available at all. So many of the respondents to this thread will not have had any experience with the boards they might be recommending. Hmmmmm.

In terms of features there is almost nothing between these 2 boards !
The MSI 815 pro has the D lead thing which may be helpfull in troublshooting and it can adjust the vio in the bios in steps of 0.05 V (unless i am mistaken) while the Asus cusl2 adjusts vio through jumpers and has only 3 settings, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.6 V. The asus has 2 CNR slots while the MSI has one CNR and one ISA slot.

In terms of quality, both Asus and MSI have produced some very nice boars in the past, so it neck and neck.

The Asus cusl2 has some problems with the hardware temperature monitoring, and is reported to be unstable above 140 fsb (this can be remedied by pushing the vio voltage from the default 3.4 V to 3.6V)
other than that its a great board ! I haven't seen any reports about problems with the MSI.

I am using my cusl2 for about a week now and i its very stable at 150 fsb after i pushed the vio to 3.6 V. Apart from this and the well documented problems (in the Asus newsgroup) with hardware monitoring,
its a great board !
