MSI Motherboard setting my vcore too high

I have an MSI P67A-G43 motherboard and a Core i5 2500k, which is overclocked to 4GHz. No matter what I set the vcore to in the BIOS, it always reads as 1.36-1.37 volts in Coretemp. (Under Prime95 load and idle)

Do I have a bad board? If not, is there any fix for this?

I haven't run CPU-Z on it yet, but let's assume that it says the same thing.
I can't run CPU-Z on it right now because I'm at a library, and my internet isn't working at home right now. (I don't have it back at home, either)
