Well, I have an MSI Pro-2A, that is specifically stated on the website, that it does not support the 1.4 T-bird
I'm waiting for the KT266A to hit the streets, so I bought a 1.4 the 266 FSB version.
Pop'ed it into the Pro-2A and adjusted the FSB to 110Mhz and the multiplier to 13, and got 1428 Mhz
I have not tried to "overclock" it yet.
Its been running a week now with no problems.
<Jarhead> mbm5info[System: 22°C, 1 CPU, CPU(1): 44°C, Fan(1): 2934RPM, Fan(2): 3068RPM]
(nice and quiet-note RPMs)
[Sep 22 17:28:35 UTC] Completed RC5 packet 7A1E5EF8:50000000 (8*2^28 keys)
0.00:08:00.74 - [4,466,991.15 keys/sec]
woohoo!
Put this here for all you motherboard folks
