I have the above mentioned board (690G chipset with integrated HDMI) with a 6600GT currently (not permanently) connected. I recently got a HD DVD player with a switching box for a LCD TV with only a single HDMI port. I would like to hook up the computer to the second input on the switch. My question is this: Is there any way to enable the onboard graphics so that I can use the integrated HDMI port to display on the TV while still keeping the discrete card enabled for PC monitor display?
I have been fiddling around with this for a couple of hours now, and the integrated graphics don't even show up in my device manager. BTW, I am using XP.
