Impressive board from looks to performance. I did find this interesting
One of the problems we faced with the nForce3 chipset was selecting DDR400 speed from the BIOS with four memory modules- it just didn?t work. Unfortunately, that still remains an issue and we?re pretty sure that this is a chipset and not a motherboard related issue as we have also received the Gigabyte nForce4 board that exhibits the same problem. Selecting the memory at DDR333 and then overclocking it way past DDR400 speeds doesn?t seem to cause an issue.
Just slapping 4 sticks in is a no go but a little manual bios tweaking and some overclocking and 4 sticks will flat out scream? Weird. But hey, at least there is a way around the problem.

2 sticks at DDR400 is fine. 4 sticks was a no go for me at DDR400 (only DDR333) and it still wouldn't OC much at all. I've got 2 sticks of DDR500 running in DDR333 mode. Its currently at 272 FSB on the processor resulting in the ram running ~226 FSB. I just some more voltage on the core to get it "dancing".
