I want to get this board, but i'm also getting a Gainward 6800GT and looking at the board it looks like the chipset cooler might get in the way..

I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure if it will or if it won't ..

I don't know any specifics of the Gainward board, but I can tell you I have the MSI mobo and I'm running a PNY Verto 6800 Ultra, and the chipset cooler isn't having any problems.
