MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum, still best mb for A64?

The future machine I have in mind:

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Winchester core
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
1 gig of Mushkin PC3200 RAM 2-2-2
BFG 6800 GT OC
80 gig IDE WesternDigital hd
120 gig IDE WD hd

I am curious to see if anyone on anandtech has a similar setup and knows of any potential issues. I have heard that the MSI K8N Neo2 mb has a few issues but don't see how those probs would affect my setup. Is there anything I should worry about?
 
is the problem with all antec psu's or just the one's that are bought separately. is the PSU that comes with the antec SLK3700AMB or sonata case ok?
