Nice find, i've been keeping my eye on this board for a few months now. Is MSI sending you the stuff free of charge??

How did you get MSI to send you this?

I have emailed them MANY times. They are the worst!!!! Have gotten nothing from them.

Yah, I "discovered" that my MSI K8T Neo2-FIR (K8T800pro) was not locking the AGP and PCI bus properly in theLATEST BIOS. Their response was to send me an email with a link in it to the latest BIOS with the words "Please you try update to latest BIOS". Since then (about 2 months ago) I have been checking that link every now and then to see if there is some new BIOS ready that fixes the issue. Nada, still the same BIOS I have currently.

Not extremely excited about their tech support.

Their tech support may be lacking, but I've NEVER had issues with their baords...

I've been using their boards since the k7n2's, and no problems yet

Is getting a refurb from newegg a pretty good deal? Anyone had any problems buying a refurb from them?

Dunno if we'd all have as good luck with MSI customer service as you though...and the board really would be pretty useless without all those parts lol

Oooh...sooo tempting now...
My mobo has been going spastic lately and I need a replacement badly, and I was basically just debating on whether to wait for dualcore or not...

I've had one for about 4 months and am very happy with it (...a very abnormal mobo experience.)

Is there a secret hidden phone number or email to get the good msi customer support? Wierd how everyone's experience w/ them varies.

just a thought, these might be one of those boards that are less likely to overclock well.

This has already been asked, but for those who have received the accessories from MSI, what email or phone number did you use?
