MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Problems

Hi,
I have a problem with my new MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum mobo, the keyboard and mouse function only intermittantly. Has anyone else had problems with their K8N Neo2 Motherboards? It posts and boots properly, but sometimes the LEDs on the keyboard are stuck on or stuck off and the keyboard doesn't resposnd. Time to RMA? Seems to be pretty instable also.

Any help appreciated.

Welcome to MSI "quality" I can't believe people still buy their crap. Probably a result of certain useless reviews such as the one on *cough* this site *cough* although I don't want to single any one site out as the general uselessness of mobo reviews is pretty much universal. These days, it pays to wait and check out the support forums before you buy a motherboard.

A bit late for me though; damn my naïve trusting of reviews! My problem may or may not be related; I'm finding my mouse goes wandering around the screen on its own. I'd have put this down to radio interference (it's a Logitech MX700 wireless USB mouse) but it happens with a bog standard ye olde-style Microsoft PS/2 Wheel Mouse as well. The wandering is manifest with occasional movement in one or both axes; usually sideways (going left) but occasionally up too. It seems to stop immediately should I move the mouse to disturb it, but it's bloody annoying if you're hovering over a button waiting to press it at the right moment (as is the case in one of the games I play the most, EVE Online)....

Anyone else had this?
