Everyone who owns this board please post your CPU temps, your BIOS version, and the cooling you use. Thanks!

3500+ Winchester @ 2.56 GHz, 1.5V
BIOS version: 1.8
Idle: 38 C
Load (running Prime95 small FFT): 55 C
Cooling method: XP-90 w/92mm Vantec Stealth fan at 1740 RPM

From memory,
26C idle ( clocked down to 900mhz .8V) under load (2500MHZ@1.5V) I have seen it get up to 44C.
*Temps according to MBM*

3200 Winchester
Bios is 1.8
Watercooled

Cheater! 😛

36'C CPU idle 44'C Load
38'C NB

of course that was before the crappy software fan control thingy decided to send my NB up in smoke !!!

It's taken Tekheads in the uk more than 5 weeks to process the RMA, and I still havent the replacement !!

Make your own minds up on that retailer !!!

3200+ @ 2.4. 35c idle and 48 with load. Bios is 1.8. XP-90 with 92 Panalflo @ 7v. 120 Panaflo exhaust fan @ 7v. That's it. Used Everest for monitoring.

3200+ venice 1.8mod bios.
Stock 2ghz 1.4v 29c i forgot what load temps are
2.7ghz 1.65v 32c 44c load. within a few days i should be running 1.60 or 1.55 @ 2.7ghz the chips really loosen up over a few days.
watercooled.

Koolance Exos Res/pump
1/2 OD hose
Swiftech MCW5000 cpu block.
heater core from mid 80's chevy.
these bad boys run really cool compared ot other cpu's even at high volts they still can run really cool even on air.

It's been pretty hot here lately in my bonus room, so idle right now is about 44, under load is about 58. Venice 3000+ at 2.5 GHz, just using the retail heatsink/fan. Really tempted to get a XP-90 though.

I dunno.

I posted this because I thought my temps were kinda low. I use the 1.8 BIOS and I get 28 idle, 34 load. I have a very high-end watercooling setup, no overclocking, but still, my load temps are a lot lower than some of your idle temps, and I have my video card in my loop (which should bring temps up). Used EVEREST to monitor temps, 34C is after a few iterations of P95. I just hope my comp isn't reporting wrong temps.

I should add, I have pretty the same cooling components * except also have a chipset block in the loop*. My general load temps are alot closer to 35-38. The 44 in my earlier post was a one time thing I saw when stability testing *using CPU burn for 12 hrs hit the mark*.

Normal use gaming, encoding etc keeps it mid to high 30s.

CPU temp: 89F
System temp: 57F. Yes that's right, with air cooling, I like my apartment cool.

Stock retail HSF, 2x 110mm fans that came with the case.

Bios version 1.80, 130nm 3500+ Oh, and the temps are now 87F/53F.

3200 winnie
before flash 20 idle
after flash 40 idle

first i was running orig bios now im flashed to whatever is the newest bios as of 7/21/05

im using homemade water cooling w/ a homemade block (made of a 1/16ths thin CU sheet)
