MSI K8N Neo-FSR or Asus K8N?

I'm looking to build an inexpensive s754 machine for a friend, and I'd like to know opinions/experiences. We're not looking for overclocking potential, and in terms of features, they pretty much look the same. So, recommendations?

I'm building a budget a64 sys as well and I'm going with either asus k8n or gigabyte ga-k8ns, cause msi neo isn't compatible with zalman 7700 cooler. Would probably take msi else. Had one of their mobos in my previous sys and worked like in a fairytale So if you're going with stock cooling my voice goes for MSI.

I have the K8N Neo Platinum and I am very happy with it.

Overclocks well also.

I have had the MSI K8N Neo-FSR for 1 1/2 years. Its a great board that only lacks overclocking options.
