MSI K7T266 PRO2-RU or Soyo Dragon+

I am planning on upgrading my system with one of these two boards. The new config would be as follows, and I was wondering which board you guys would recommend for me. Right now I am leaning towards the Soyo because of the onboard LAN and versitile RAID, but I am concerned about reliability.

I've heard that the Soyo is great for reliability and the MSI is not as fast and cannot be overclocked (fsb stuck at 133Mhz). If you plan to use USB 2.0 then go for MSI

You can't go wrong with either, both fast edge to Soyo, realiability-MSI, overclocking-Soyo, Price-even, It all comes down to preferance.

Don't get the MSI. I have had plenty of problems with mine k7t266-R and others have had problems with the k7t266-RU and other MSI boards.
