MSI K7T Pro2-A boot problems

I just got this board but I can't boot up my comp now. I only put, the HD, and Ram into the new motherboard and still doesn't boot. My fans work, even the ones getting power from the motherboard. The only thing I can think of is the ram. I put in two 128mb PC133.
 
Make sure that the video card and RAM is seated properly, and that your HSF is installed correctly, making proper core contact. Try one stick of RAM at a time, and switch it between DIMM slots, if that does not work, try the same thing with the 2nd stick.
