MSI K7N2

I'm building a new system and I'm going to overclock with it. I'm going to buy an AMD Duron 1.8GHZ and 2 sticks of Kningmax 256MB PC-2700(333MHZ). The Duron is 266MHZ FSB. I want to overclock it to either 300MHZ FSB or 333MHZ FSB. So I was wondering if the MSI K7N2 was a very good board to overclock with.

I guesss I should've been more clear. The motherboard I was looking at was the MSI K7N2 Delta2-LSR. The the link you gave is a different board, and I can't find anyone selling it. So is the MSI K7N2 Delta2-LSR a good board to use for overclocking?
