Well I had a hang up while in the Bios menu and Had to reboot. Since then everytime I power on the pc I get a

DR


where the RAM test should be.

The pc will not go to the bios screen and I Have tried clearing the Cmos but it doesnt seem to work.. '

Any Advice?

Use the hardware jumper on the board (located in the middle to the left near the LAN port) to set the fsb to 100, clear cmos, reboot, & update/reinstall bios.
