MSI K7Dmaster-L, onboard sound question?

Anybody using this board? How is the onboard sound?

I know it uses the VIA VT1611A codec. I have SB Live, but I have heard that dually+SB=Hell (anybody who can verify?)
Would not like to shell out more cash for a new sound card, thats why I am asking. I am only using headphones, if that makes a difference. No surround stuff... The rig is mainly for working, but I like to listen to my MP3s while working. It will also see some occasional gaming.
