Looks a great card, other than the fact it is on a reference PCB. That's an odd choice here IMHO.

One more thing i like to ask is that my motherboard has pci 2.0 x 16 but 680 requires 3.0 x 16, so can it run with the 2nd gen slot?or will it have problems?

it will be fine in either way - the 2600K I used (Sandy Bridge) only allows for 2.0 and Ivy Bridge CPUs allow for 3.0 - as you can see it works fine

ty ......btw just got my card today(gtx 680 twin frozr3) and a h100 corsair cpu cooler too.....played bf3 very nicely ...just hope that addition of the cooler wont be much of a burden to the tx 750 v2...so far so good
