MSI GTX 570 OC vs MSI GTX 570 no OC Pricing

So quick question, been looking at these two cards. I can't seem to find a reason why the OC version is cheaper than the non OC. Can anyone shed some light on this. Don't know what I am missing. Not a huge difference in price but seems odd to me.

Yup, that's somewhat unusual to save $5 on the OC edition.

But what would be even more unusual would be that MSI honors their rebate, and you save $15. I suppose it's worth a shot, tho'...at the least, you save $5 on the OC edition.

I have seen on other sites that the normal version is $20 more. I don't know if this is an older model, doesn't seem to be...

I just bought the OC version on Amazon today, and it was $2 more than the regular version. I searched around for like an hour before I pulled the trigger wondering if there was a problem with the OC version. Eventually I thought screw it, and the $2 was worth the little extra OC.

It all costs them the same. The OC on the chip is fairly small. The 570s can go pretty high even without voltage compared to their stock configuration. I have mine at 10% higher without any voltage at all and have had them as high as 800.

Probably have a lot of buildup of that SKU and put them on sale to move product.
