MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G giving AGP error during boot with Gigabyte Z77M-D3H motherboard

I've installed a MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G on the motherboard, but after installing it the motherboard beeps 1 long and 3 short beeps. According to what I have read online, this mean that it is an AGP error, which make sense, because once I remove the card, the computer boots normally.

Is there a way to do further diagnosis as to what could actually be causing this AGP error?
