MSI Eclipse Plus X58 gets pictured

MSI still serious about high-end motherboards


Although details about MSI's Eclipse Plus leaked out some time ago, the first picture of the actual board has only just surfaced thanks to our friend over at Syndrome-OC. This is one of the first X58 motherboards to feature the Nvidia Nforce 200 chipset which should according to Nvidia enable better SLI performance.

Now we're starting to see the nf200 chipped mb's hit the scene and that's a good thing. I'll be upgrading to i7 and that is what I'm looking for. Let the hardware and fw mature a bit and I'll make the jump. Thanks for posting the link.

Nice color scheme. Still, I'd hesitate on the NF200 chip as while it increases bandwidth, it also increases latency.

Link to the wrong motherboard. We are talking about the Plus here, not the regular Eclipse. There is no review for Plus version just yet.
