MSi DualCore software

I have an MSI p35 MB, I installed the DualCore software so I can monitor my temps and such. a dozen times a day the alarm goes off and when I check it it's telling me the CPU fan is at 0 rpms. Sometimes it goes off for 1 second and stops, others it keeps beeping for 5-6 seconds. I have my side panel off and when the alarm sounds I check, I never see the fan stopping.

anyone have experience with this software? Right now it's reporting the speed fine, and my temp @ 47c. Not sure if I should ditch this software and go with something else.

MSI DualCore center doesn't even work for me, I wouldn't bother with it, AT sums up the state of Manufacturers utility's here in short- they're terrible. As a replacement I'd recommend Speedfan.
