MSI driver/software problem under XP

Hey guys...

I am having problems configuring my vid card, it is a MSI GF4 ti4200 w/ 128 mb of ram.

Whenever I go to control panel / display and I try to click on either "MSI information" or "MSI clock", I get an error which forces me to close the window.

Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
