What if you had an EVGA gpu? What would PrecisionX bring over afterburner over that particular gpu over others?

I prefer precision but the framerate option is not selectable with new nvidia drivers released today. grrr

Precision is pretty good. Has OSD and everything you really need to OC.

Not sure what afterburner can add to precision.

Afterburner is like having Fraps and Precision X in 1. Afterburner allows you to take screenshots and capture clips and Precision X doesn't.

I dont know about clips but you can certainly take screenshots with precision too.

This.

I used Afterburner for everything before Kepler, but I'm a Precision X convert with my GTX 680. Better interface for the way Kepler overlocking works IMO.

I feel this way as well. I like the way PrecisionX presents the clock speed info to me.

i tried the precision x, and i -want- to like it, but for whatever reason the voltage adjustment wont stick. like i'll put it to max, close the little voltage window. do a benchmark, get a strange crash, go back and check the voltage and it is inexplicably back to stock. sometimes it'll randomly go back to stock just by adjusting a few other options. anyone else experience this?

If you're using a GTX 600 series, the voltage is locked and you can only go up to 1.175v
