$25 rebate.
Code EMCLPLS54
This may be a better deal than the $50 9600GSO card from Frys since this has 256 bit memory width vs 192 bit of the 9600GSO (better for high resolution/AA). Plus this deal has a smaller rebate and free shipping, Frys charges about $7.
Don't forget the MS Cashback.

The PowerColor HD4830 for $65 AR with 7.1 ch out (via HDMI) is probably a better deal than both of these cards, to me at least. It uses less power, and it's faster in most cases than a 9800GT.

WTF, after a little more research I'm seeing numbers all over the map from 60W to 245W. Guess I'll see how it goes...

I've seen that. Nvidia has horrible driver versioning issues. You may need to clean your system with Driver Sweeper and get the latest drivers.

Yeah, total system power consumption.
If you don't know the "exact" power consumption you can "roughly" figure it out this way:
- Use the published TDP of your processor
- Use 75W for every PCI Express video card you have in your system
- Use 75W for every 6 pin PCI Express power connector that you use (your EarthWatts 380W comes with one)
- Use 150W for every 8 pin PCI Express power connector that you use
- Add up all that wattage, and that's what you need for the +12v (which your EarthWatts 380W has 324W worth)
- Add 15W on top of that for every hard drive you have
