MSI 845 Ultra-ARU DDR ram type?

Hi, just wondering what kind of ram this motherboard supports. I know it can only support 4 banks. However, I am not sure whats the difference between the registered, non registered, ECC, etc. How many different kind of DDR 2100 and DDR 2700 SDRAM are out there and whats the difference between them in performance and price wise? Does this motherboard support them all? thank you.

It supports non ecc ddr 2100 I know for sure. Have crucial running in one flawless. If you use double sided memory two sticks are the max. The third slot has a use I've just not found out what for ??
